I am a marine scientist working for the New Zealand Department of Conservation. I am also a marine associate at Auckland War Memorial Museum Tāmaki Paenga Hira. My principle areas of interest are the taxonomy and conservation biology of sharks and rays, marine protected areas and marine biodiversity.
