I am a PhD student in biology at the Institute of Environmental Sciences of Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland.

Since my bachelor, I have been involved in studies about plants, birds, and urban ecology, which are my favourite research areas. Now, I am focused on studying the effects of ageing on the birds' feathers. Also, I am interested in learning about nature in my neighbourhood. I am involved in the research of the biodiversity of the Natura 2000 area in Kraków and avifauna of Lesser Poland.

I am a member of the Students Naturalists Association of the JU and the Lesser Poland Ornithological Society, where I popularize science and organize nature walks. I want to help in plant and bird identification and contribute with my observations to the iNaturalist!
